I've been in the food industry for thirty years and have always enjoyed cooking. Being from Florida, the fishing provided me (and neighbors and friends) with awesome seafood, and a whole lot of fun catchin', nettin',clamin', shuckin' crab trappin', frog giggin', whatever!

Here are some of my simple to do recipes. Most seafood can be interchanged with other seafood so you can use your favorites.
